Day 1 – Strength

The first training plan is all about strength – a great way to boost your metabolism and improve your tone.  Girls, there’s no need to stress – you’re not going to bulk up.  A little extra muscle mass is the perfect tool for reducing body fat and maintaining these changes.

Everything you do in Day 1 is based on time, with the sets getting a little longer in each of your 3 rounds.  Something to look forward to on September 1st!

I’m testing the lunges just above the Roman Forum on an early morning adventure, while the rest of the tourists are still sleeping.
