As most of you will have realised by now, Spring is my ‘thing’. Fitness is such a big part of my day-to-day life – it’s my passion and it’s how I make a living. Combine my love of fitness with the impact Mum’s depression had on my childhood, and it makes sense that Spring is my priority. The thing is, I have 2 other big loves – my husband and travelling.
James and I got married in April this year, making 2011 a somewhat impractical year to launch a major campaign and create 90 training plans (30 each for beginner, intermediate and advanced). I am determined to make Spring a success no matter what, so I’ve combined all of the above and am creating Spring, 30 Days of Feel-good Fitness as I honeymoon around Europe.
