Week 4
By now you are probably a happy, energetic, healthy bundle of fun. Your body is full of great food, you’ve been living an active life and hopefully you’ve even taken the time to give regular meditation a go. And if you’ve only done some of the above? That’s enough. Any step in the right direction is a good thing.
As well as the weekly shopping list, you’ll need to make sure you have/buy the pantry items for the month. It’s the same list as previous weeks, so most of you will have already stocked up. You can mix & match spices and sauces if you don’t want to purchase everything on the list. This week, check the weekly list carefully, because you’ll already have a lot of the ingredients.
All recipes serve 2, unless you need leftovers for another day.
