Week 1

Good luck with your first week of Good Mood Food.  It’s meant to be fun and make you feel amazing, so feel free to pick & choose the recipes that fit in with your likes and your lifestyle.  And make sure that you top up with plenty of water.

As well as the weekly shopping list, you’ll need make sure you have/buy the pantry items for the month.  You can mix & match spices and sauces if you don’t want to purchase everything on the list.

All recipes serve 2, unless you need leftovers for another day.
