Spring was created when it became obvious that the way to make people feel fabulous is to get them moving more often. Regular exercise, ideally 30 minutes everyday, is enough to significantly boost moods. In fact, it can be as powerful as anti-depressants in cases of mild- to moderate depression.
But that doesn’t mean you need to be depressed to take part. Anyone can reap the rewards of regular exercise. It helps to boost your confidence and coping ability. And we all know that a good training session gets our endorphins flowing.
You’ll find all of your training plans under the weekly links, below and to the right. They’re uploaded each Friday, so you can preview your training for the week ahead. Feeling overwhelmed? Just train 3 or 4 days the first week. And remember to log your mood each time.
The first plans will be available on Friday August 30th, but there’ll be a fitness test to do first. Watch this space….
