Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is included in the Terms & Conditions that must be agreed to, in order to participate in Spring.  An extended version of our privacy policy is available below.  By accessing the website, you accept the terms and conditions of its use, including consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

Contact information

We ask you for contact information, so that we can stay in touch with you throughout Spring.  We use this information to send you the Spring training plans, good mood food plans and motivational tips.  Beyond Spring, we will contact you occasionally with updates.  You can unsubscribe at anytime.

Mood tracking

The mood-tracking component of Spring is optional, but highly beneficial.  We ask for daily mood-tracking so that we (and you) can be aware of how effective the program is.  We use this information to:

  1. Make sure you’re OK.  We’ll get in touch and make a few suggestions on where you can find help if your mood is lower than we would expect.  You are not obliged to respond.
  2. Collect group data, so that we can test the effectiveness of Spring.  This data is used in reports for our benefit, for the media and for companies who are Spring wellness partners.  Please note, your results will only be used as group data.

Day 1 & Day 30 assessments

On Day 1 and Day 30, we ask you to assess your mental and physical health.  Like mood-tracking data, this can be used for us to get in touch if you need help, in which case you are not obliged to respond.  This data will also be included in reports, as mentioned above, as group data.

What Spring won’t do

  1. We will not report to members, employers or the media on individual results without permission.
  2. All data is owned by Spring Fitness and cannot be sold to any other party.
  3. You will not be contacted directly by our sponsors or other third parties.
