Good Mood Food

We are what we eat, right?  It is a scientific fact that deficiencies in some essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients can lead to symptoms of stress, depression, behavioural problems and chronic disease.  We need nutrient dense whole foods to help our body to fight stress, and all of the symptoms that come with it.

That’s why we recommend you follow the Good Mood Food plans, as well as exercising regularly, for the month of September.  You’ll see your energy, your mood and your health soar.

Don’t worry if you can’t do it all, following the general guidelines and occasionally using a recipe is better than nothing at all.  Each Wednesday we’ll post all of the recipes you need for the following week, including a meal plan and a handy shopping list.
