Staying Motivated for 30 Days

Simple tips to change your habits for good:

Ask a friend to sign up too.  You can be at different levels, you just need to commit to 30 minutes together.
Bring your entire office on-board and train together in your lunch-break or after work.  There are group packages available, please e-mail us for more information before signing up.
Put training in your diary.  Each weekend sit down and decide what time you’ll train each day for the following week.  Once it’s in the diary, treat it as being as important as any other appointment.
A day off is just one day.  During the month, one or 2 exceptional circumstances are bound to come up.  But forget about it.  Move on the next day and throw yourself back into following your plan.
Remember, it takes 21 days to form a habit.  So at first, it will feel like an effort.  But stick with it no matter what until that habit is formed.
If you find your plans too easy or too hard, switch to a different level during the month.
Keep in mind why you’ve taken up this challenge.  You’ll feel better each time you do 30 minutes of quality exercise, so get up and get started.
