This is it…. a day of rest. Well, stretching. And then your Day 30 Fitness Test. Good luck! We hope that your numbers have improved. And, more than that, we hope that you’ve enjoyed your 30 days of feel-good fitness.
You’ll be able to access your plans until the end of the year. So there’s no need to stop training for 30 minutes each day. Simply go back to your favourite plans and do them again.
