We hope that you’re feeling bright & healthy after a full week of Good Mood Food (and plenty of exercise). So now it’s time for more…..
Remember that you can pick & choose the recipes that fit in with your likes and your lifestyle. And make sure that you top up with plenty of water.
As well as the weekly shopping list, you’ll need make sure you have/buy the pantry items for the month. It’s the same list as last week, so most of you will have already stocked up. You can mix & match spices and sauces if you don’t want to purchase everything on the list.
All recipes serve 2, unless you need leftovers for another day.
