Terms and Conditions
Overview
These terms and conditions are issued by Run Sydney Pty Ltd TA Spring Fitness, ABN 66 126 037 223.
The purpose is to help you to make an informed decision before signing up to take part in Spring – 30 Days of feel-good Fitness. All information is current at April 2013. This document does not constitute advice and does not take into consideration your individual circumstances.
By clicking ‘I have read & accepted the terms and conditions’ you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You are stating that you are at least 18 years old, or if signing on behalf of a minor, that you are their legal guardian.
I. Introducing Spring
Spring is an initiative developed by Run Sydney Pty Ltd. It aims to:
Get more Australians moving.
Prove how good this makes them feel.
Raise funds for mental health charities.
The profits from Spring 2013 are donated to On The Line.

II. The Spring Experience
- Training plans. Once you have signed up to Spring at www.springfitness.com.au, you will receive a new training plan for each day in September.
- Plans are e-mailed and uploaded to the website every Friday.
- If you sign up after September 1st, you will be able to access the plans that you missed.
- All plans are available at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
- Plans comprise of descriptions and photographs. Support videos are also available.
- Plans are designed to be done at home, in a park or at a gym.
- Personalised plans are not available.
- Mood tracking. The mood tracking function on Spring is optional and very beneficial. You log-in to the members section each time you train and answer 3 simple questions.
- Diet plan. Spring 2013 includes a 30-day good mood food plan to help members to feel-good.
- The diet plan will be available as soon as you sign up to Spring.
- Recipes and shopping lists will be e-mailed and uploaded each week, available as a PDF document, a web page and on mobile devices.
- It is not a weight-loss plan, but will support total health.
- The plan does not incorporate individual dietary requirements.

III. Spring participation
- Your medical professional must agree that you are fit and able to take part in a fitness program. You must be aware of any limitations on your ability to participate. If you experience any unexpected changes or pain during your 30 days of feel-good fitness, we strongly recommend you seek medical attention immediately.
- Plans are delivered on-line, as web pages with pictures. Some videos are available. Your plan will not be personalised and you will not have direct contact with a trainer.
- Programs are available at beginner, intermediate and advanced level. You can change levels at any time.
- You will have access to programs until June 2013.
- All information provided on www.springfitness.com.au is provided by qualified professionals, in good faith. We believe all information to be up-to-date and accurate. However, we reserve the right to alter information on the website and we do not make guaranties that this information is reliable, accurate or complete.
IV. Benefits of Spring
- Profits are donated to On The Line.
- You receive daily training plans, diet guidelines, recipes and support for just $1/day.
- You can monitor your fitness improvements, your physical changes and your change in mood.
V. Risks associated with Spring
- Aches, pains and sprains from training.
- General muscles soreness.
- Lack of motivation – you need to set your own appointments and stick to them.
VI. Collection of data
By accessing the website, you accept the terms and conditions of its use, including consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
We ask you for contact information, so that we can stay in touch with you throughout Spring and we ask for daily mood-tracking so that we (and you) can be aware of how effective the program is.
All data collected by Spring Fitness can only be used as group data. We will not report to members, employers or the media on individual results without permission. All data is owned by Spring Fitness and cannot be sold to any other party. You will not be contacted directly by our sponsors or other third parties. Reports will be issued on results for all Spring participants and organisation reports will be issued for each company that participates in Spring as a wellness partner.
Individuals whose data indicates they are at risk may be contacted by Spring, but are not obliged to respond in any way.
VII. Liability and Indemnity
Spring participants take full responsibility for their health and safety while following Spring training and diet plans. Participants must be physically fit to exercise and choose the level appropriate to them. If training or following the diet causes pain, discomfort or ill-health, cease participation and seek medical advice.
Spring Fitness is not liable for any injuries, illness or death that may occur while participating in Spring Fitness. You agree to indemnify us, our employees and contractors from and against any third party claims.
VIII. Payment terms and conditions
- Spring is non-refundable.
- Spring is not a registered deductible gift recipient, so cannot be claimed for tax purposes.
